Delivery: If in stock we will endeavour to send out first class within 24 hrs (Mon-Fri). Large or long items such as canes will be sent standard parcels. Items not in stock will take up to 10 days unless notified. It would help us to know the date of your party when ordering so that we can ensure you have your costume in time. Returns: We understand that it is difficult to choose a costume and size without first trying the costume on. Returns are accepted on costumes within 14 days providing they are unworn/undamaged and are in original packaging with tags in place and not tampered with. We reserve the right not to refund if we feel that the costume has been worn! (We know all the tricks!!!) Privacy: We do not and will not store any credit/debit card information on file or computer.
